This core app provides functionality to translate identifier sets used by a variety of databases. Convert between Ensembl, Entrez, HGNC, KEGG, UniProt, and a variety of species related sources. Simply right-click on a column header in the Table Panel to map a column of identifiers to an alternate source.
**Note: This app is pre-installed in Cytoscape so you don't need to download it yourself.**
If Cytoscape detects that a new version is available in the App Store, it will notify you as it's starting and will give you a chance to download it directly.
