This is a pre-release of the CyPlot package, which provides the ability to plot data through CyCommands/REST or from CyTable Data. Currently support plots include heatmaps, violin plots, volcano plots, dot plots, line graphs, and scatter plots. In this current pre-release, all interaction is through commands/REST. In a future release, a menu interface will be provided.
