This app reports on the runtime performance of Cytoscape 3. The information is completely anonymized to ensure the privacy its users. You can preview the contents of the report before optionally sending it to the Cytoscape core development team. We use this information to identify areas of poor performance so that we can provide a better user experience in future versions of Cytoscape.
Currently, this app includes the following information in the reports it sends:
* Operating system name and version
* Processor name
* Java environment name, version and vendor
* Total/free system memory
* Total/free swap space (a.k.a. virtual memory)
* Loading times for the core framework and the whole Cytoscape boot process
* Installed bundles and their loading times
