CoExpNetViz allows visualising, as a (Cytoscape) network, the co-expression between a group of genes and all other genes of one or more species; optionally, grouping nodes by gene families. See [the documentation](http://coexpnetviz.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) for more info. ### Known issues While running an analysis, layouting sometimes fails (a NullPointerException error message pops up): you can work around this by selecting Layout > Group attributes layout > partition_id.
